Billing Policy for SocialFly Marketing

1. General Billing Terms
By engaging SocialFly Marketing for services, you agree to the billing terms outlined in this policy. This billing policy applies to all service agreements, invoices, and recurring subscriptions unless superseded by a written contract.
2. Payment Methods Accepted
We accept the following payment methods:
- Credit/Debit Cards (Visa, MasterCard, AMEX, Discover)
- ACH Bank Transfers
- PayPal (for select services)
- Wire Transfers (for custom invoicing or large projects)
3. Payment Schedule
Payments are due as follows unless otherwise specified in a service agreement:
- One-Time Projects: 50% deposit upfront, 50% upon completion or prior to final delivery
- Monthly Services: Due on the 1st of each month or beginning of the billing cycle
- Ad Management Services: Clients must pre-fund their ad spend; management fees billed separately
4. Late Payments
Invoices not paid within 7 days of the due date may be subject to the following:
- A late fee of 5% of the outstanding balance
- Paused or suspended services until payment is received
- Potential cancellation of the service agreement after 30 days of non-payment
5. Auto-Billing & Subscriptions
For recurring services, clients may be enrolled in auto-billing. You will be notified before your first recurring charge and can opt out by contacting us at least 5 business days before the next billing cycle.
6. Refunds & Disputes
All payments are governed by our Refund Policy. If you believe a billing error has occurred, you must notify us at hello@socialflymarketing.com within 7 days of the invoice date.
7. Cancellations
To cancel a recurring service, written notice must be submitted at least 7 days prior to the next billing date. Cancellations will take effect at the end of the current billing cycle unless otherwise agreed in writing.
8. Taxes
Clients are responsible for any applicable taxes based on their jurisdiction unless otherwise stated. Sales tax may be added to invoices where required by law.
