At SocialFly Marketing, we are committed to delivering high-quality marketing services and client satisfaction. Due to the custom nature of our work, all services rendered are non-refundable once initiated, unless otherwise specified in a written agreement.
2. Eligibility for Refunds
Refunds may be considered under the following circumstances:
- Duplicate payment was made in error
- A payment was charged without proper authorization
- A project was cancelled prior to commencement and no work has begun
Refund eligibility is subject to management approval and may require documentation.
3. Non-Refundable Items
- Fees for services already rendered
- Deposits for custom projects once work has started
- Third-party advertising spend (e.g., Meta Ads, Google Ads)
- Monthly service retainers after the billing cycle begins
4. Cancellations
Clients may cancel ongoing services with a written notice as outlined in their service agreement. Cancellations do not guarantee a refund for payments already made but will stop future recurring charges when applicable.
5. Project Deposits
A deposit is typically required to initiate work. This deposit secures your project in our queue and covers early planning, discovery, and account setup. Deposits are non-refundable unless a written exception is granted before work begins.
6. Dispute Resolution
If you are unsatisfied with a service or believe a refund is warranted, please contact us at hello@socialflymarketing.com within 7 days of the issue. We will review your request and provide a response within 5–7 business days.
7. Chargebacks
Initiating a chargeback without first contacting our support team is considered a breach of contract. We encourage clients to contact us directly to resolve any concerns before disputing a charge with their payment provider.
